Steven Ricks has been a regular fixture at Gallifrey One conventions since 2012. His work in making high quality replica Doctor Who costumes soon got noticed by Robert Allsopp, a prop and costume maker for the show since the 1980s; after collaborating on a number of small projects, Steve found himself working on Oscar winning films, but this was nothing when it came to making for his beloved show on series 12 and 13.
