Gallifrey One in 35 Millimetre

In the years between when the Beeb sank Classic Who, and the rise of the signs of Bad Wolf, there was an age undreamed of.  And unto this: Matthew Mitchell, destined to crush the Coca-Cola cans of L.A. Who fandom beneath his sneakered feet.  Fanboy geek since before it was cool, Matt was one of the original Gallifrey One committee members, handling various jobs such as running the Hospitality Suite or publishing the daily newsletter...back when the convention had such things. He "retired" from fandom at the turn of the millennium, only to find it's like being in the witness-relocation program: you can leave Doctor Who, but Doctor Who will never leave you. This is Matt's third year back from semi-retirement and his second as a program participant.
