The Gallifrey One 2025 Convention Registration Desk is open for attendees to pick up their badges for admission to this year's event at the following times. YOU MUST HAVE PHOTO IDENTIFICATION TO CLAIM YOUR TICKET.

Admission to all convention events, functions and rooms is valid only with a Gallifrey One 2025 badge picked up during these hours.
A Gallifrey One pre-convention tradition... the meet-up and dash over to In-N-Out Burger with fellow con attendees. Once again it will be Thursday night before the convention Launch Party! We will be meeting up starting at 5:15 by the Starbucks in the Marriott lobby. It's open to everyone and is a fun way to meet people before the convention officially starts (and grab a great burger!) See you all then!

Gallifrey One 2025 begins with our annual pre-convention party; join your fellow attendees for a great ice cream social, take advantage of the cash bar on the convention floor, and stick around to catch up with friends. Afterward, karaoke can be found in the same room, starting at approximately 9:30pm! Ticketholders can pick up their convention badge on Thursday between 4pm-9pm; you must have it to join us for the pre-convention events.
Karaoke all night long! Gallifrey One's 2025 karaoke program will take place on Thursday night in the main auditorium (Program A), and on Friday and Saturday nights in Program B. There are cash bars outside the room in the convention center foyer.
